1) Cleopatra's voice in the mirror

Let me take you to the past, to my present time, and together we shall take a glimpse into my future...  
Starting off with the burials of all the Pharaohs and queens of the Ptolemies... 
The place where the journey to the kingdom of Osiris began for each member of my family.
A place that no one has found yet, even today.

2) Statues / Cleopatra's Voice

  1. Sekhmet (read Sejmét): Lion-headed goddess of war and medicine. In my day, it was primarily a symbol of unwavering strength and divine protection.
  2. Serapis: A mixture of different gods with traces of Osiris, Zeus and Hades. I used the worship of this god to create a religious bridge to the Greco-Roman elites.
  3. A Ptolemaic representation of Horus as a falcon: symbolically represented by my son Caesarion.
  4. Osiris: the mythical husband of Isis and father of Horus. In my propaganda, it was the male counterpart to my role as Isis.
  5. The goddess Isis: for me, the most important divine figure whom I identify with.


 

3) Family in mourning / Cleopatra's Voice

See how my family weeps and bids farewell to their loved one, Ptolemy XII... my father.
We all know that one day we will meet him again.
A soul's life does not simply end.
I am the reincarnation of the goddess Isis
and I will accompany my family to the land of Osiris,
in the West Mountain.

5) In the temple / Cleopatra’s voice

This is where it all began. 
It is the temple of the Siwa Oasis. 
Alexander the Great has come this far into the western desert to ask the oracle of the god Zeus-Amun for permission to occupy the throne of Egypt.
We must not be late for the ceremony...

[Voice of Amun / second man!]
Alexander! 
I regard you as my son, I elect you Pharaoh of Egypt! 
You are the guarantor of the strength and power of an empire whose expanse will be unrivalled in the millennia-long history of this land.


6) Hourglass / Cleopatra's Voice

Time passes very quickly and slips through our fingers just like sand does.

Follow the brick road and don't be afraid. Go forward. Nothing bad will happen.

 

7) Mark Antony's Tent / Cleopatra's Voice

Almost 300 years separate us from Alexander's coronation to this moment... a step into the future in which I now find myself.
It would seem that Mark Antony and I have not been able to defend the history of our people against Rome...
This is the moment of truth... our final battle... where our destiny is at stake.
